...that is what I am this week/weekend. Besides working 8:15-5:15 all week, I have a nail appt tomorrow, hair appt Wednesday, spray tan appt Thursday (never done it before), K-State vs. KU watch party at our place Thursday as well, Amy and kids come to town Friday and we are going out to dinner for my cousin's 21st birthday, ENGAGEMENT PICS SATURDAY MORNING :) watching our nieces and nephew Peyton, Halle, and Hazel Saturday night while Derek's sister and brother in law go to the Carrie Underwood concert (jealous), and my sisters, mom and I are hosting a wedding shower for my cousin Sunday morning. Wow I just got really tired writing and thinking about all I have to do!
Back to our engagement pictures. Amber, my mom, and me went shopping aalll day Saturday here in KC and found me 3 cute outfits to wear. Then I got home and told Derek what he needed to go out and buy to match me :) Our awesome photographer is coming from Manhattan to take our pictures here in KC! I gave her some ideas of what I wanted for the pictures and left the location up to her. We are starting at Nelson Atkins Museum area and then we might go to Kauffman gardens when we are done shooting there. I am so excited and nervous for our pictures. I don't think Derek and I are very photogenic so I hope we get atleast a few good ones.

ugh, i feel sorry for you. Im exhausted reading about your week as well. Atleast its all FUN things, they just happen to all fall within days of eachother. boo.
ReplyDeleteSarah you will love your pictures by Beth. She does a wonderful job. We did a package of Will's first year with her and I think I bought every picture she offered us! That's the hardest part, deciding what to buy. I suggest a book. When I did my engagement pictures I bought a lot then too and now we don't really want a ton of pictures of us hanging up so a book would have been a lot better.
ReplyDeleteIsn't she awesome?! She is a really good friend of mine but I would have used her no matter what, I love her work! We got a wedding package that includes a book of our engagement session AND a book of our wedding pics! I am so excited to see how they turn out!
