9 and 10 month favorites
Dinner mat- We use this daily. At home or at restaurants. It protects her food from germs when we are out and about and it catches the majority of the food that gets dropped. It rolls up for easily transporting in the diaper bag.
Plates- When we got her new high chair (see below), we wanted plates that would suction to the table so she couldn't throw them. I had to buy the section thing separately for these but we are a big fan. And I love the 3 sections so the juices from her fruit don't get the other food soggy.
Puma's- The perfect shoe for new walkers. They are super easy to put on and they stay on! They fit almost like a sock and she can walk very easily in them.
High chair- This is the 3rd high chair we have tried and it's perfect. Now that we don't have to spoon feed her, I wanted her to be right at the table with us for meals. It's also ssooo easy to transport when we go to someones house or a restaurant that doesn't have a high chair. We got black so it shows food like crazy but nothing a wash cloth can't clean.
Picnic basket- The girl loves shape sorters. I'll barely put the shape in the lid and then she pushes it in and claps for herself. It's got some catchy songs too.
Ride on fire truck- Or any ride on toy for that matter. But we keep this one inside and she rides it daily. She can get on and off it and has figured out how to push herself backwards on it. She likes the tricycles outside and the cozy coupe too. She is going to be thrilled with the present we are getting her for her birthday.
Push walker- I owe her early walking to this thing. She pushed this around a couple days before getting adventurous and letting go of it to walk on her own. Before she could walk, she enjoyed playing with the front of it too.

7&8 month favorites
Gerber yogurt melts- She loves them and they just melt in her mouth so we don't have to worry about her choking.
Cart Cover- A must!! Carts and highchairs are full of germs so we always use this.
Laugh and learn home- She plays with this all day long. She'll crawl through the door, open and shut it, etc. There's so much to do on it.
Aden and Anais blankets- We stopped using sleep sacks and use these instead. Their breathable so we don't have to worry about her suffocating. And their really light so their perfect for these hot summer nights.
Nuk mash and serve bowl- This is great for foods I don't blend up and freeze like bananas and avocado.
Gerber puffs- Again, they melt in her mouth and she eats them by the fist full.
Nuk infant tooth and gum cleanser- We started using this as soon as she got her first tooth. We try and remember to do it every night before bed and she loves chewing on it.
Shea Moisture wash and shampoo- This stuff smells sssooo good and doesn't make her break out. The only downfall is that it's organic so it's not tear free. She won't sit still in the tub so it's hard to keep it out of her eyes when we rinse it out.

6 month favorites
Little miss is almost 7 months so here are some of her favorites from this past month.
BabyGanics sunscreen- There's so much talk about how sunscreens are bad so I opted for this one. It's safe for her skin and it rubs in easily which isn't always the case with natural sunscreens.
Baby food- She is becoming quite the eater. She usually has oatmeal mixed with fruit for breakfast, and a vegetable and either some meat or fruit for dinner. Making her homemade meat grosses me out so we have been using the Gerber brand for that. I linked my favorite website for making baby food.
Fisher price shape sorter- She really likes chewing on the shapes and taking them in and out of the box. I'll tell her the color and put the shape where it's supposed to go and she'll hit it through the lid.
Munchkin fresh food feeder- Lifesaver when I am making meals. She loves banana or apple chunks in it. Ice is good too when I think her gums are hurting.
Tommee tippee sippee- (say that 10 times) She hasn't totally mastered these but she can hold them with both hands and does a pretty good job tilting it back to drink it. This sippy's have a soft spout that she loves to chew on and the water comes out easily for her to drink. They say they aren't supposed to leak but they do so I don't love that part.

5 Month Favorites
I wanted to do this every month but she didn't really have any favorites till now. As long as she was swaddled and had my boobs, she was good. Now we are getting to the fun stage where she actually plays with toys. So here are some of our favorite things..
Bright Stars Gym- This has been a favorite toy since she was a couple weeks old. I blamed this toy for her not rolling over because she would just lay and stare at the light up toy. Now she really grabs the toys, puts them in her mouth and rolls all around this thing. That light up toy is a life saver in the car too. Especially when it's dark out.
Baby Einstein Jumperoo- We have to place a pillow under her because she can't touch the ground but she still loves playing with the toys. I have a feeling she is going to love it even more when she can jump in it.
Britax B-Agile stroller- She loves sitting like a big girl in her stroller. She likes being able to look around and she usually falls asleep in it.
Taggies mirror- Girlfriend loves looking at herself in mirrors. Not only can she stare at herself in this but she likes grabbing at the toys on it. What really excites her is if she can see mommy or daddy in the mirror as well.
Teether ring- I think we have entered the dreaded teething stage. She likes this toy because she can easily hang on to it and the beads feel good on her gums.
Sophie the giraffe- Another toy that feels good on her gums. She knaws the crap out of the giraffe's legs and ears. The dogs are still dying to get ahold of this toy but I think their slowly learning that it's not for them. Although it highly resembles a dog toy. No idea why they had to make a baby toy sound like a dog toy.
